Insectta co-founder Kai showed how women could make a buzz in biotechnology during the HER Impact 2023, organised by HER Entrepreneur and in commemoration of International Women's Day 2023.
Presenting as one of the Startups for Impact, and subsequently on the startup panel where members of the audience could get 1-1 with the presenting startups' founders, Kai answered questions on how women could contribute to STEM, why the future is lookin' fly, and went more in-depth on Insectta's chitosan and melanin extraction technology.
Science and technology shouldn't be alienating, and the Insectta Team incorporates inclusivity and impact in every bit of work and outreach we do.
